In the XVI century, the fertile and green Berici Hill area was chosen by Noble Venetian Families as a holiday resort. Near Alonte, Villa Trevisan, is the nonly Villa that has survived from that period. At present it is logistic centre for the Company. Through the large gate, still shows a charming Cinquecento Loggiato.
The Production:
Antico Rolo today produces three kinds of wine, in limited edition:
the PROSECCO LA PRIA
made by the Charmat method (100% Balbi), available in both Extra Dry and Brut Versions.
White wine LE VESPIERE
(30% Chardonnay, 40% Garganega)
Red wine BUGAMANTE
(70% Cabernet Souvignon, 30% Merlot)
