The Hilton Molino Stucky's flagship restaurant offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine in an intimate, romantic and sophisticated atmosphere. Consisting of an internal dining area and a panoramic terrace, you can enjoy a meal surrounded by a view of Venice and the Giudecca Canal.To ensure that Aromi's menu is authentic to the region, Chef Luise uses fresh seasonal ingredients whilst respecting Italian gastronomic culture: the results are creative Venetian dishes, maintaining the right balance between tradition and innovation.
MOLINO RESTAURANT
Il Molino Restaurant, cozy and informal, composed of two original buildings at the heart of the hotel. It can be divided into private dining rooms to suit any special occasion.
RIALTO BAR & LOUNGE
The Rialto Bar & Lounge offers all day dining and a perfect meeting point for a cocktail, a coffee or a snack. The stunning architecture takes you back to the Molino Stucky's glorious past as a flour mill. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy a drink al fresco on the terrace with views of the Giudecca Canal. Live entertainment available during the evenings in high season.
SKYLUNCH POOL RESTAURANT
The SkyLunch Pool Restaurant is a seasonal restaurant perfect for those who prefer to relax in the open air. Enjoy the summer sunshine and have lunch in the beautiful terrace while admiring the sweeping view of Giudecca Island and Venice.

Located on the top floor, the trendy Skyline Rooftop Bar offers breathtaking views of Venice and is a truly unique experience.

The service is available in our SPA or in your room. The Wellness & Fitness Centre is situated on the ground floor in the Ducale Building. Let our professional staff take care of you and give you advice to choose the right treatment. Please be informed that under no circumstances are children under 16 allowed in the Wellness and Fitness Centre. Young people from 16 to 18 have access to the Fitness & Wellness Centre if accompanied by their parents.

During closing hours of the Wellness Centre, the fitness area can be reached from within the Hotel via the 2nd floor of the Ducale Building and taking the lift to the Ground Floor. WELLNESS CENTRE
Entrance fee Euro 15,00 per person includes access to sauna, turkish bath, hydro massage, relaxing area, sleepers, 1 bathrobe and 1 towel at disposal, for a maximum of 2 hours.
The entrance fee will be charged to your room account and can not be paid directly.
