Villa Condulmer: the Hotel and its history
The former president of the United States of America, Ronald Reagan, in 1987, during the G7 meeting in Venice, chose to stay with his wife Mrs Nancy in Villa Condulmer. Giuseppe Verdi anticipated him in 1853, in order to recover from the failure of "La Traviata" presented at the Theatre "La Fenice" of Venice. Eugene Moretti Larese painted 8 valuable works of art in the central hall. Now this magnificent villa, built in 1743 by the Condulmer family, is again ready to receive its guests, by welcoming them to the magnificent park, designed by the architect Sebatoni, getting them to then proceed into the stylish interior, and to ultimately accommodate them into the comfortable rooms.

The "Villa": elegance
It has luxurious and spacious double rooms, completely remodelled with fine eighteenth-century style fabrics but with all the services and comforts of a modern hotel: whirlpool bath tub, air conditioning, satellite colour TV, internet connection and mini-bar.

The "Barchessa": comfort
Barchessa offers double and twin rooms, all with air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite colour TV, internet and a large outdoor area for having breakfast or pleasant rests.

The "Giardino": discretion
It has spacious and elegant double bedrooms on the first floor, decorated with a rich but sober country style, with whirlpool bath tub, air conditioning, satellite TV, internet connection, telephone and mini-bar. On the ground floor, the suites, directly accessible by a large porch furnished with wicker have a large lounge and a comfortable sitting room and master bedroom. All equipped with modern facilities.

The "Convento": the novelty
The villa also offers single rooms, completely new, with a queen size bed, air conditioning, shower, satellite TV, internet connection, telephone and mini-bar.

Restaurant and bar
The restaurant, which has 200 seats divided into three rooms, offers a cuisine that blends sophisticated international dishes together with dishes of the great Venetian cuisine, very tasty and appealing. Particular attention is given to the wine producers of the area and the Veneto Region in our wine list. The bar offers a wide range of drinks and liqueurs.

Swimming pool

The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool located within the park and has all the comforts and services.

Golf
Bordering the Villa is Villa Condulmer's prestigious Golf Club, 18-hole, par 71, ideal for those who want to add to a good rest a relaxing sport.

Manege
Bordering the Villa is Villa Condulmer's prestigious CIC (Club Ippico Condulmer ), a prestigious riding school, ideal for those who want to add to a good rest a relaxing sport ,with riding school, in the neighborhood there are beautiful ride round, dressage, jump and for the kids riding school with pony.
