The old building, once a stable and warehouse, has now been masterfully restructured, and is located above the village of Santo Stefano, ten minutes away from Valdobbiadene. The surrounding countryside assures the right touch of detachment from the daily chaos, guaranteeing tranquillity and infusing an incredible sense of well being.

The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow all the light and the colour of the surrounding vines to fill the room, while the terrace allows for an even deeper immersion inside this fantastic nature.

One can also complete the experience with the treatments and services of the adjacent Spa and, if you really do not wish to leave, four wonderful main bedrooms are available on the upper floor.

In his Salìs Cibo & Vino, Gianmaria will be able to surprise you with his simple but delightful cuisine, combining together the ingredients and flavours of the Venetian gastronomy.

The seasonal products, all completely natural and genuine, are selected daily for a menu that is different everyday and that will be able to delight you also with the taste of surprise.

All the meals are strictly home-made: pasta, pastry, desserts...everything is handled with extreme care for the guarantee of a unique taste.
Upon booking one can also request a particular menu or ensure a dinner completely based on fish.

The cellar is full of the best local wines, an undisputed pride of the region, but also offers a selection of the most typical Italian red wines.

One can book a table set in a particularly panoramic view, near the pool, or simply a bit secluded. We can recreate for you an intimate atmosphere, perhaps with a candle-light dinner.
If you really want to surprise your companion, you can even book a completely custom-made menu with your companion's favourite dishes, choose the music, the flowers and... Why not: present your gift together with one of the chef's creations.
