DATES: ON REQUEST
Day 1: arrival at Gambellara / Lonigo, accommodation in one of the best Villas or Residences of the Berici Contryside. In the afternoon, leisure time (excursions on foot, with the mountain bike, etc.). Dinner in a typical Restaurant of the area, with local products of the Venetian terroir. Overnight.
Day 2: after breakfast, morning with your personal Chef and beginning of the first coking class: this first lesson deals with the preparation of bread (white bread, bread with cereals, nuts, raisins, and other products of our land). After the first lesson, lunch with the bread prepared during lesson and other products. In the afternoon, relaxing chocolate massage and treatment at the wellness center “B-io”. Typical dinner in a farmhouse. Overnight.
Day 3: after breakfast, second cooking class: today, the chef teaches how to prepare a complete Italian menu, from the appetizers to the dessert… and lunch. In the afternoon Leisure time.
PRICE PER PERSON: EURO 480,00 WITH 6 PARTICIPANTS AT LEAST
The price includes:
- Accommodation in Appartment for 2 nights;
- n° 2 cooking classes;
- n° 2 self cooked lunches during cooking classes;
- n° 1 dinner in a restaurant and n° 1 dinner in a Farmhouse;
